Some says, experience matters but some says: experience is a teacher for fools.
I don’t know who is right and who is perfect but I think the one who says that it’s for fools is very correct in some ways.

We are used to some certain types of foods claiming that they are our cultural foods, but when there is an outbreak of hunger, we eat whatever comes in front of us, we don’t necessarily care about our previous eating experience, even roots or raw foods, we drink water in front of us carelessly of safety.

So this can prove on how experience is not highly needed and hence become a teacher for fools. In other words, whatever comes in front of us, we have to receive and deal with it according to the environment it has came in. if you meet a lion yawning, you don’t have to use experience of asking your father or neighbor on how to deal with it.

Wake up and do whatever you can to redeem you self, never even pray to your God to redeem you for you were both created by the same God, I mean a lion and you, are the God’s propertie and God loves you both, so by the time you will be praying for redemption, the lion will be praying, thanking God for the food ahead (you)

Do something, run away, climb the tree, throw stones, scream at it or even urinate to it. You need to survive and no experience needed but a new way of saving yourself from being an animal’s food. Don’t apply experience; you will be a great fool.

Now in East African state, one may wonder on the youths’ time to show their experience and using their talents to bring changes through their new ways of doing things. Governments are using much resources to educate youths, but don’t give them chance to apply the attained skills!

In these states, youths are not involved in the decision making bodies, the newly chosen Kenyan cabinet, no youths’ figures, even in my country Tanzania where we have few youths in the parliamentary building. The so called youths at the Tanzania’s decision making levels, are those guys who are approaching 40’s and above.

Therefore guess what will happen to the future Africa. The future leaders, how will our continent be lead and who will lead it. I think we should find our future good Africa for we are sure of living longer from now compared to our elders even if we face some changes like HIV/AIDS, etc

Current governments are simply using us. When it comes to entertainments, there youths are called but when it comes to the potential posts where our energy is needed, we are told nothing. Armies, police forces etc are full of youths. Otherwise youths are hawkers and entertainers only.

That’s why many of the young generation seem not to understand about African heroes who are said to have pioneered what we call independence. They did it when they were youths and “maybe” succeeded, but when their time to step aside comes, they claim to have a certain power to do everything for every one, now can the youths understand the meaning of independence and the role played by the fighters if they face negligence in their mother lands?

Being left aside for decision making, will the future leaders dwell in corruption and colonized minds by trying to use the so called experience or find their own ways of doing things? What do you think?
