I guess people thought the cases in courts for albino killing in Tanzania were over and nothing could be done to the killers. Well to their suprised, three men have been sentence to death by handing after they were foung guilty for attacking and killing a 14 years old boy names Matatizo Dunia in Bukombe District last year December. A murder case of three business men (claimed to be thieves) who were killed three years ago came to an end yesterday leaving Tanzanians with alot of questions with no answers. Nine Polices officers were accused of killing three businessmen in Tanzania. This case had been going on for three years and yesterday the accused were set free as the court could not find any allegation on them.

MV PEMBA Caught fire

One of the ship commonly known as MV PEMBA which travels from Dar es Salaam to Zanzibar(Pemba) has caught fire yesterday morning.This ship is used for transporting food items to Pemba. There were 20 technicians who were fixing some machines within the ship before starting its journey yesterday.

On my way to the office today, was listening to one of the popular radio station.One of the highlights from todays' newspaper was the increase of tuition fee for 60% in one of the univerisity here in Tanzania. Changes had been made though they are not favouring the students as it is still expensive to go for these univeristies.

It is comfirmed swine flu to be in Tanzania

For over two months now most of developing countries have been complaining of people dying due to swine flu commonly known as H1N1. It has been comfirmed by the Ministrt for the Ministry of Home Affair Hon. Aisha Kigoda that, there is a one patient here in Dar es Salaam whom have been admitted in the Muhimbili hospital for the disease.
