Creation of the World Wide Web help civil societies to engaged in the Social justice and Digital Media in Africa. This open up space to non-state actors to engage in the new African state. Civil Societies in Africa need more Digital Voices for disseminate alternative views of the communities, create a virtual public Sphere and organizing and collecting of action. This was being discussed during Digital Citizen Indaba seminar that Africa CSO,s need  to emerge in the digital societies fro lobbing, networking and Mobilizing.
