Sikhula Sonke, a women farm workers union based in the Western Cape, is preparing to launch South Africa's first rural newspaper produced by - and for - rural women. In this video Elizabeth Boonzaaier explains the purpose the paper holds for organizing and informing rural women, enabling them to transform their lives. The paper is produced with the support of the MDDA, Women on Farms Project, and AIDC.
