The CFPs will be groomed to be able to fulfil their roles as in-country focal points. The training will create awareness and ability for the CFPs to use a variety of digital, traditional and edge-of-the-net media tools, media access and media skills. |

It is also one of the MDG goals and it is a critical area of concern for the Beijing Platform for Action. |

Citizen journalism allows us to write stories of events and happenings in our communities and use various outlets to reach our audiences.

The In Country Training workshop is focussing on journalistic and technical skills of 15 civil society organisations in Uganda. |
