Uganda National Information and Communications Technology Policy Framework (2002)

This policy framework covers broadcasting as one element of ICT,and provides explicit support for the development of community media. It also outlines the importance of investment in communication infrastructure as a way to help narrow the information gap between urban and rural areas of Uganda.
