The National Security Act, 1970

This Act makes it a punishable offence for a person to obtain, possess, comment on, pass on, or publish any document or information, which the government considers to be classified. The National Security Act prohibits public servants from disclosing a wide range of information, even that which has no bearing on the security of the state.
