Public Leadership Code of Ethics Act (1995).

This law requires every public leader to declare his or her assets and liabilities.
According to Article 32, only someone who has lodged a formal complaint against
a public leader may inspect the register of assets and liabilities. After they
have inspected the register, such a person may not then make this information
public through the media.
